Refund and Returns Policy

At Safety-Quip, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns or refunds are necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, along with the receipt.

Timeframe: Requests for refunds or returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Eligible Items: Custom-made items (e.g., special branding, sizing, colors) or items not part of our specified stock range cannot be refunded or returned.

Refunds Process

Examination: All returned items will be examined by Safety-Quip staff to determine eligibility. We recommend bringing the item in person for this inspection.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only. Cash refunds are not available.

Fees: An administration fee may apply if the return is due to a customer error. A 10% handling fee may also be charged.

Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, please visit our office with the item and receipt. If the item was purchased using a card, please also provide a letter with your banking details for the refund.

Return Process

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or visit our office with the item and receipt.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We offer free shipping within Botswana for orders above P10,000, but return shipping is not covered under this offer.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
